Rexach & Picó’s litigation practice is lead by Maria Emilia Picó. All attorneys have ample experience arguing cases before the Puerto Rico and U.S. District Courts. The Firm’s expertise includes a long and very successful history in shopping center law, representing both developers and mall operators, as well as with product distribution issues related to Act. 75, the Puerto Rico Distributors Act.
